If there is not an "Apply Online" button, follow the instructions in the job description or use the contact information listed in the job posting.
When I apply for jobs online, are my applications stored for me?
Yes, you may review your applications at any time after you log into your 757JobsNow.com account.
Can I save jobs and read them in detail later?
Yes, you can save jobs and open them later to read and/or apply for the position.
How can I know that my resume is being reviewed by employers?
When you log into your account, you are shown the number of times your resume has been reviewed.
Is 757JobsNow.com a recruitment or staffing firm?
757JobsNow.com is a locally-owned, locally-focused resource that provides a job board through which job seekers and employers can connect. We are not a staffing or recruitment service. Our role is to provide job seekers with access to positions available at local companies, and to present helpful employment related resources. It is up to the job seekers to apply to jobs they find on our website.
Can I get an email alert when a job is posted?
Yes, daily alerts can be emailed to you listing the new job postings that meet your selected criteria. To begin daily email alerts or to update your search criteria, just log into your account and click on "Email Alerts".
I've found a job and no longer need help from 757JobsNow.com. How do I suspend my account?
To suspend your account, just login to your account and change your preference to "suspend" your resume. This will remove it from view from all employers, but will allow you to reactivate it if you ever find yourself looking for another job in the future. You can also elect to stop your daily email alerts and monthly newsletters by going to Account/Account Details once logged into your account. We recommend you continue to receive our monthly newsletter to stay in touch with what's going on in the Hampton Roads job market!

Our job postings start at just $79 for a 30-day posting. We also offer subscription packages for multiple job postings or resume browsing making your recruiting efforts even more cost-effective. Why are your prices so affordable compared to your competitors?
Our goal is to help facilitate a connection between Job Seekers and Employers in Hampton Roads by providing a high-quality, cost-effective job board. Most job boards are filled with features that don't apply to most companies hiring procedures, so why should you pay for something you don't use? In addition, because we're local, we can operate very efficiently - we don't have the high overhead and huge infrastructure costs incurred by the large, national job boards - or other job boards that market themselves as local. This enables us to keep our prices affordable so that ALL employers, big and small, can have access to qualified candidates in Hampton Roads. What is the difference between Basic and Premium job posts?
Basic job posts are the most affordable option on 757JobsNow.com. For $79, your job will be posted for 30 days in the category of your choice, along with unlimited text and your company's logo, if desired. For even more visibility, you can choose a Premium job post, which will highlight the position in bright yellow as well as keep your job posted for 60 days.
How long are my postings viewable?
Job postings automatically expire in 30 days (or 60 days with Premium job posts). You may suspend and/or remove your job posting at any time.
How do job seekers apply for jobs I've posted on 757JobsNow.com?
It's your choice! When posting your open position, you will find the following options listed at the top of the posting:
- Allow job seekers to apply directly through 757JobsNow.com. This will automatically send you their resume via email without you giving them the company's contact information. This is especially ideal for "Company Confidential" jobs. All applications will also be available for view through the Application Manager in your account.
- If you have your own internal (or outsourced) application submission and tracking system, you can elect the option of having the candidate taken to that external webpage. Just enter the web address and when they click on "Apply Online", a new window will open taking them to your page.
- If neither of the above options fits your needs, then you can elect to disable the "Apply Online" button. In this scenario, you should enter your application instructions in the job description along with any necessary contact info.
If I remove my job posting prior to the 30-day (or 60-day) expiration, will I receive a partial refund for the remaining days?
The job posting price is based on a 30-day advertising period. There are no refunds for early removal of postings.
Can I post more than one job in a single job posting?
Because we provide a cost-effective solution for your recruitment and hiring needs, only one job may be included in a job posting. Multiple jobs in one posting reduces the effectiveness of targeting specific types of job seekers, and therefore impacts the quality of your results. Please read our Terms and Conditions for further details.
Can I advertise work-from-home opportunities?
We do not allow these types of job postings on our site.
