HVAC/ Maintenance Mechanic/ Maintenance Supervisor

Chesapeake Redevelopment and Housing Authority is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to perform skilled maintenance work in plumbing, electrical, automotive, and structural systems/equipment, HVAC, grounds maint, and basic property upkeep, and to supervise and manage the maintenance staff and operations. Requires HS diploma or equivalent, combined with 3-5 years exp with the listed maintenance skills, HVAC certification, and supervisory experience.
