Provide Administrative Oversight that includes developing, coordinating and implementing organization policy, guidance, and priorities for signature-related activities conducted by organization branches and/or mission partners. Ensure responsible and responsive creation, coordination, and tracking of executive correspondence in accordance with applicable regulations, policy and guidance.
- Candidate must have experience supporting DOD efforts
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 5-10 years of relevant experience assisting Director-level and supporting staff
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple programs, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and switch between tasks quickly
- Must have strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
