Primary Responsibilities
Greet all employees, applicants, and guests to the HR department and assist with their requests. Responsible for general reception duties and support for a variety of Human Resources activities
Prescreen applications to ensure applicants meet minimum qualifications, set up interviews, and record and distribute applicant information
Primary phone coverage for Human Resources department
Responsible for scheduling and setting up orientations
Distribution and inventory of complimentary tickets, employee ID’s, and nametags
Responsible for on-boarding of new employees to include drug testing, new hire paperwork, and orientation sign up and driver’s license and background checks
Maintenance and inventory of office equipment and supplies
Responsible for employee communication and registration for employee events and training
