Successful candidate will support Human Resources staff and will be responsible for providing general administrative and secretarial support. Candidate will also process incoming and outgoing correspondence and reports; handle routine telephone inquires; maintain filing system; and handle other administrative duties deemed necessary.
The incumbent handles confidential information and must possess a high level of organizational skills with attention to detail.
The ideal candidate should be able to type 60 wpm, and possess excellent interpersonal skills and professional telephone etiquette. Word processing and spreadsheet experience are required.
