Harbor’s Edge, a premier Life Care Retirement Community in downtown Norfolk, seeks an experienced HR Generalist to handle HR compliance, staffing, orientation, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and supervise payroll administration.
Must be organized, able to multi-task, and have strong interpersonal, communication, supervisory, and computer skills. ADP systems experience a plus. Prefer bachelor’s degree in related field, PHR/SPHR certification, and at least 3 years of professional HR experience. Part-time schedule an option. Competitive salary & benefits.
