Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group Banking Division is currently looking for an experienced Closer to join our corporate office located in Virginia Beach.
Duties and responsibilities for the Closer position include the following, but are not limited to:
• Coordinate closings
• Prepare closing documents
• Document and fund transactions for new loan originators
• Update all pertinent systems to ensure accurate reporting
Qualified candidates should have 2 or more years of direct mortgage closing experience, and must be proficient in a windows environment including all Microsoft Office products. Ability to use Byte Enterprise and Doc Magic are also a plus.
