2-3 years experience with:
HTML/XHTML
CSS
JavaScript
JavaScript libraries (JQuery, etc.)
Cross-browser compatibility
MVC frameworks
Debugging tools
UI and UX design

A desire to coach and mentor teammates.

Experience with:
Zend Framework
Subversion
Formal code reviews
Revision control
Command-line tools
