Are you ready for the challenge?
With responsibility there comes the power to contribute to the bottom line. Can you imagine the challenge of keeping food costs down in our all-you-can-eat buffet restaurants, and handling over 1000 guests a day on weekdays and over 2000 a day on weekends, when most of our menu items are prepared from scratch? How quickly will you be able to get your finger on the pulse of controlling food costs and labor costs? Are you any good at problem solving and handling guest concerns? Can you handle the details of large inventories and weekly ordering?
While your your potential is way more important to us than your current job title, there are a few requirements we need to lay out so that we don't waste your time:
This is not an entry level job. You'll need a minimum of 2 years management experience running a busy casual dining restaurant, preferable both FOH and BOH.
Honesty and integrity are the foundation of our company. You'll have to consent to a pre-employment background check and drug test because you'll be responsible for safety/security of the kitchen crew and a multi-million dollar operation.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
