The Pines Residential Treatment Centers have been helping children and adolescents overcome a variety of difficulties in a therapeutic, safe and structured residential environment. We offer several distinct residential programs for youth ages 5 to 21 and have emerged as one of the largest and strongest treatment organizations for behaviorally disordered youth. Currently, we are recruiting for a full-time Evening Supervisor for the Crawford Campus.
Provides leadership to the residential care staff and supervises clinical operations to ensure continuity of quality resident care.Ensures 24-hour coverage by residential staff on assigned units.Acts as a resource and assists in training residential care staff.Ensure adequate staffing for the evening and night shift.

Education
Undergraduate degree in health related field, education, recreation, or social services
OR
Graduate from and accredited school of nursing or practical nursing with licensure and registration by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a R.N. or L.P.N.
OR
High school diploma and equivalent experience in residential, hospital or related setting working with adolescents.
Experience
Two or more years’ direct care experience with adolescents preferably in a residential setting, including supervisory experience.
Knowledge
Must possess demonstrated leadership ability, the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and individuals, strong oral and written communication skills.Must possess knowledge of therapeutic relationships as relates to adolescents, therapeutic processes, adolescent growth and development, limit setting and behavior management, crisis management of aggressive behaviors and CPR.

Working Conditions
Works throughout the facility in both general office settings and clinical areas.Some risk involved in the event of aggressive/out-of- controlresident; must possess physical ability to assist restraining residents under such circumstances and operate 15 passenger van.Schedule includes long hours, evenings, every other weekends and holidays.Frequent travel required between facilities and occasional travel in and out of community.Must possess valid driver's license.
