Requirements and Competencies
Candidates must have professional presentation and strong customer service skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age; high school diploma or GED required.
Must be available to work days, nights, weekends and/or holidays as required.
Cash handling skills, command of the English language, and strong customer service skills required.
Knowledge of retail products in the Mill preferred.
Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry up to 30 lbs.; able to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time; able to stoop, crouch, reach or bend at the waist.
Must be able to multi-task.
Food Handler Card required (certification available through Kingsmill upon hire.)
Primary Responsibilities
Assist guests/customers in the Mill by taking orders and ringing up purchases in an efficient and courteous manner.
Make/prepare orders such as sandwiches, ice cream, coffees, etc.
Assist in maintaining shelves and keeping products attractively stocked.
Keep the Mill clean and neat; other duties as assigned/needed.
