Because 757JobsNow.com is a career site, we provide you with the ability to create and/or upload resumes. You may create a resume online and elect to keep certain personal information confidential in an effort to remain anonymous. You may also upload your resume and store it in our database, but not allow it to searchable by potential employers. If you chose not to remain anonymous, then all employers, recruiters and others with access to our searchable resume database will have access to your uploaded resume and/or will be able to view information all information provided in your online resume. You are also free to use our service without uploading or creating a resume.

The option to keep certain information in your resume anonymous and prevent your uploaded resume from being searched appears in a checkbox format on the jobseeker page where your resume may be created and/or uploaded. Please refer to that page for additional information and instructions.

757JobsNow.com attempts to limit access to your online and uploaded resume database only to paying employers, recruiters, and other hiring and human resource professionals. However, 757JobsNow.com cannot guarantee that other parties will not gain access to the resume database. 757JobsNow.com is not responsible for any use made of resumes by third parties who access such resumes while they are in our database or otherwise saved on 757JobsNow.com, regardless of whether or not you have elected to keep such resumes anonymous. You are free to remove your resume or delete your profile on 757JobsNow.com, but employers, recruiters and others who have gained access to your resume may have retained an electronic or hard copy of your resume. 757JobsNow.com is also not responsible for the privacy, retention or use of your resume or other information in your profile in such instances.

5. SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Job posting packages, job subscriptions and other orders placed on 757JobsNow.com are processed through a third-party payment processing service (i.e. PayPal).
